“Flexibility”
I have lots of desire to work-out diligently on my own, so I don’t require a personal trainer to motivate me. However, I do need some instruction and advice at times, so the flexibility of a training session to access the experience and expertise at Focus Health Training has been invaluable to my training.

Since I joined Tana’s team and have found overall strength and agility so much better.
